Europe has no single official table that compares Taiwanese populations across every city. ICE MAP therefore starts with the strongest current evidence we could verify: Taiwan's Overseas Community Affairs Council estimates about 50,000 Taiwanese compatriots in the UK and lists London first among the main centers. London becomes the first European guide—not an unsupported absolute ranking.
