What makes a useful report?
Describe the mismatch
For example: an official page removed a flavor, a shop changed its name, a pin moved, or a translation reads unnaturally.
Point to checkable evidence
Name the official page or a verification path. Do not include personal or private information.
Use the store card for live conditions
Bought it, cleaning, sold out, and flavor changed are short-lived field signals. Report those from the selected store card on the Taiwan map. This form is for issues that need editorial verification and does not update a live store status.
Anonymous, with clear limits
We do not ask for a name, phone number, or email address. The message, category, related site path, language, time, and abuse-prevention hash are kept for up to 30 days. We do not store a raw IP address or precise location. Do not enter personal data.
